FitTrip - Fitness Tracking App Reviews

Spot on.

Ive never written an app review, but was so happy with the support that I received, I felt obligated. Initially I was struggling getting the app to work on my iPad. Not one, but two emails were received from tech support very quickly. Problem resolved and now Im pedaling some gorgeous footage. Brava on customer support 5 STARS.

Horrible

Like the last app, the MioGo, this app hardly ever syncs with my Miolink. I also use Strava and it has no trouble syncing my heart rate. FitTrip can take minutes to find my heart rate but usually it wont find it at all. Please fix this! We paid for your product - a decent, functional app isnt too much to ask!

Bad Version

This version is buggy. It lets you into the program for 30 seconds before it freezes. Dont update!

It Just Keeps Getting Better!!

Fittrip makes running on a treadmill fun!! I love to run outside, but hate the treadmill. Sometimes, to reach my goals, I have to run on a treadmill and Fittrip has been my best friend when that happens. What I love, is that it just keeps getting better!

Nice Improvement

I’ve been using FitTrip for a while now. Appreciate the improvements to the workout summary stats, including the new workout pace splits.

Perfect for the days you cant get outside!

Great update, new graphs to help you train and corrected a few issues. Thanks

Great way to workout!

Seriously! Why would anyone put up with the gym scenery while working out when you can put yourself in the middle of the ALPs or the Rockies or on a beach? This app has helped me workout longer and better. Check it out for yourself.

Great ap!

I prefer to workout outside. I love tracking my workouts and heart rates using this Fit Trip! It helps me push harder and I like looking at my stats when Im done.

Solid App, survived my standards

I have diwnloaded about 8 apps compatible with my HR monitor (Mio Aplha (no chest strap)) this one is legit. Slight mishap with the version. Corrected instantly after reaching out to them and they threw in a tshirt. Good app, good organization, def gets my rec.

Just No

Interesting idea, but deleted because app requires too much. I prefer to just get up and go. This app requires an account, a lot of unexplained personal information, downloading of over 113MB extra space. 10 mins from downloading the app till using it is no good. Its just way too complicated.

Sync problems

I like my Mio HR sensor a lot but syncing it with this app is next to impossible. Its syncs 1 out of 10 times. There are much much better fitness apps out there. I use another and NEVER have problems!

Works but hard to connect

Ever since the ap change its been a pain in the butt to connect. Thinking about a fit bit!

Love it!

Im very pleased with the app!!! Never fails me!

Great app

Love this app!Its the next best thing to being there.Really look forward to riding my recumbent bike while seeing different new parts of the world.Keep up the great work.

Biking in France! From the gym. Awesome.

Climb the Alpe dHuez instead of staring at a reruns of the Tour while I am on my bike trainer? Awesome.

Great App

While I would always rather be outside, for those days when I just cant, this has made indoor training so much easier. The videos are excellent and keep me motivated to continue. Sometimes I even forget that I am not outdoors. I live the fact that the video is controlled by my HR. Even without HR it works great

Scenery not as good as some apps

The footage is very amateur (likely filmed with a GoPro) and the movement of the camera and affect your balance in many of the races I sampled. I prefer Virtual Active or BitGym.

Quality is not great

Great concept but poor execution. I would focus on other apps
